Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new condition with tags intact. Products must be clean and free of any dog hair. 

The Return Process
  1. Please send an email to support@bcuddly.com and state your order number and the reason for the return. Attach any photos to the email if you believe the product is not fitting properly.
  2. Take the unworn item(s) you wish to return and pack them into a shipping mailer. Include a printed off copy of your original order invoice you were sent over email. 
  3. Send the Item(s) you would like to return back the address you will be provided over email by our support team. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original order’s shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for free shipping, there will be no shipping deductions from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package arrives on time.

Refunds

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is rejected, you will be notified over email. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take up to 5 business days for a refund to be visible in your bank account.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

Sale Items

All items listed in our “Sale” section are final sale. They are not subject to refunds or returns. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Our products are made in limited quantities and often sell out. We cannot guarantee any of the item(s) you would like to substitute for will be in stock. We recommend that if you would like a new size or style of product you follow our Return Policy. In order to guarantee that your desired product(s) are in stock, we suggest placing a new order for the products of your choice once your refund has been deposited. Or, you may choose to place a new order at any time.

Warranty 

Warranty Term: 1 Year Limited Warranty From The Date Of Purchase

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1 Year Limited Warranty that is valid for 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized bcuddly retailer. However,  the Limited Warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. This 1 Year Limited Warranty is determined on a case by case basis. In-store managers will determine if the item is faulty at their own discretion. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been followed the item will not be eligible for a replacement. The original purchase receipt must also be provided.

Our warranty does not cover products which are:

  • Lost
  • Chewed
  • Outgrown
  • Simply dirty or stinky
  • Exhibiting normal wear and tear
  • Damaged intentionally or through neglect
